This is one of the Fane vintage line pre-production prototypes, I believe Darin from Tonic amps talked about, that were sent out for manufacturers and dealers to demo. This particular one is the prototype Crescendo, and I believe is rated @ 300 watts and 102 dbl sensitivity. To me it looks like a Fane Studio 12L frame with a ribbed cone, and an aluminum dust cap.
