There should be 40 of them eventually. I was thinking about selling mine, but now I just don't know. I feel like the rarity of it makes it valuable, but I don't get off on douche-greed.

I dunno if anyone can give an accurate resell price because no one's reselling them. First one that does though will likely go for $400+. It's the way of the gear world :idk:

I almost shat when I saw a goatkeeper for $600 and told myself never to be that guy, now I'm trying to listen to the market and I think the market is telling me to hold on to my most valuable possession.

Prepare for a full PM inbox. If I had the money I would have sent you 5-6 PMs already.

You could just list it on eBay and see how much if goes for. That way you're not a douche. Start it at selling price and it's bound to sell for sooo much more. People are crazy. I am also one of those people.

Well, if I were in your position, the businessman side of me would say to sell it for whatever I could get or hold onto it.
The musician side of me would say if you're not really using it, you should pass it on to someone who really wants one.
Particularly when there are so many folks out there who want to get their hands on it.
It's fine to make a few bucks off of that, it's just the way it goes.
I feel like it's almost kind of greedy to keep a pedal you don't really want simply because it has value. :idk:

just sell it to UG  if i was getting rid of something like that i'd probably come up with a fair price for a forum member that had wanted one for a while or just put it as a no reserve auction on ebay.

i've never seen the point of keeping things you don't use (probably because my family is full of hoarders). if people are worried about value they should be buying stocks, not guitar pedals.
the fact that you can buy a pedal and use it however you want then regain sometimes as much as what you paid is a wonder unto itself. if you do the same with a TV or something you've basically dropped half the money down the drain the minute you unbox it.
it's just up to you to decide whether you actually need it or not.
