Yeah, I probably shouldn't have but there was no way I was passing up a $99 improbability drive. $30 shipping to the UK mildly annoying but eh, it's still a good deal.

Goddammit. Driving Notion or Improbability Drive?!?! I need a new fuzz that gets icky and raspy and they both seem to do that well. Halp.

Improbability is more of a fuzz. Driving Notion reminds me of a treble-izer OD that is metallic, weird gating effects, and wants to be pushed into or by fuzz.

DN is second only to my Mini. It kicks all kinds of ass on bass. With the tone knob up its like nasty aluminum neck tones, with tone rolled off its like a broken synth. If you push it with something else it gets some crazy octave up overtones and really intense subs.

If anyone was on the fence, there ya go.

I'm not fluent in Infanem.... What should I be looking at if I wanted something to replace my Octane (clone)? STEP? Improb?
