Electra G. EQ Needs work....help

Well, as the story goes, I was on Reverb looking for a useful EQ pedal and stumbled across this weird one called the Electra 503 Graphic EQ, of which there is almost no info on. But, I bought it anyway because I though "eh, people always bitch about the Boss and MXR EQs, I might as well try this one." Yeah, that didn't end so well; first off, I didn't even use it for the first month or so because I was living in a hotel at the time, secondly, I found that some of the wires inside weren't properly soldered (or just came loose because this thing is pretty old) and re-soldered them which worked for maybe...a couple of weeks at most. Then, stupidly, I flipped the back because it originally had the padding on the outside and I flipped it so that I could velcro it. The pedal still worked but about a week in it was just dead. Stone dead, I had no way of fixing it without screwing around with the insides, only, the PCB is so packed I have no idea how this thing worked in the first place. So, I suppose my first question is, has anyone even heard of these and, if so, do you know where I might find schematics of it?
