NCD: Atlas Cabinets

Post by take_turns »

Nothing but praise for Petras at Atlas Cabinets -- awesome guy, awesome service. This was my first purchase for a major/custom build. I typically scour forums/CL/Ebay for gear, but I finally jumped into getting on a build list for something to last me a long time. Vertical 2x12 loaded with Greenbacks. Used his suggested build specs. And, of course, the cabinet sounds amazing and full in all the ways I hoped it would. Blows my other little Egnater 1x12/G12H-30 away. :excellent:

I hear that guy interned at Emperor years ago so I'm sure he knows his shit. His cabs always look awesome.

I read this too, and I think there was some "drama" surrounding that but whether. Dude is making some cool shit.

Wow didn't know about any of that drama. Interesting. I can't complain about my experience or the product though. Knew I wanted something Emperor-ish. Sounds like I got just that, ha...

And at this stage there are no so many other companies doing the same thing all while Emperor seems to be in some clusterfuck of a legal battle between owners.

It's a helluva lot easier to bitch about these "thefts of design" not that the web has come about. I'm sure there was a lot less hoopla when companies where biting one another way back when, ya know.

Happens all the time could read "Happened since the dawn of time."
