Inexperienced, quick Bass Cab question

Yeah, i'm being that guy.
So, I've just got a cheapy Ampeg Bass 210 cab. I don't really have the money or a real investment to track down a better Bass head as i'm just playing Bass in my bedroom at a low bedroom level, no high volumes. If I were to use my ENGL Gigmaster30 head through my Bass cab am I going to do any harm to my head? I'm really preferring it to any of the practice amps i've looked at. The Cab is rated at 100w and my amp is 30 watts.
Yeah, sorry dumb question but I just want to confirm. Bass guitar through Guitar amps is a no no, I was always under the impression that it was just the guitar speakers that can't handle Bass - so I was thinking that playing through a Bass cab would negate any issues especially at low volumes. Though considering that i'm playing 70% guitar, 30% bass, so i'm not primarily playing with this set up.
