Unless you happen to look like that character, have small genitals and are basivally the brunt of that joke, I wouldn't stress about it.
Now, if he decided to whiteface, beard up, get some mad tattoos, wear conan fantasy print shirts and release a doom album under the Smallnuts moniker, then I'd have a problem.

All of that is irrelevant, the real point is, mainstream culture is now so retartded, nobody knows what's offensive and what to be sensitive about.

I think that it's an interesting joke, and if it were done more tastefully would probably be bordering on an artistic statement, but I feel like the fact that it's so crass and lacking depth that it comes across as very prejudice and ignorant.

Like you said though he lacks the skills to execute this properly.

Then the larger question: is any form of racism acceptable, even if it's a drop in the ocean against the people that flooded the landscape?
