How do you do the "puffy" paint on pedals?

Anyone know what kinda paints these are?

I wonder why we don't see more of this? It has a really cool vibe to it. Almost 3D111!!!

your local hobby store (hobby lobby, etc) should have acrylic puff paint...sometimes it is located by plain t-shirts, so old ladies can craft you some purty kitty kats.

And I guess just put a coat of clear coat over that to secure it?

My guess is that it's epoxy paint. You can achieve that effect with it and it's super durable.

dude thats regular old acrylic, its just a couple coats of it
coat it with your favorite coating after you finish (i like shellac :yay: )

That's what I kinda figured, THAT or enamel.

I'll be doing some experiments. I'm hoping if I can get rid of my amp and get myself a new one I'll buckle down and build some pedals.
