swapping baritone neck

I currently own a Fender Blacktop baritone tele.
how easily could I put that neck onto this 72 Tele

I don't have the measurements but I'm about 99% sure that it won't be as easy as just bolting the neck on.

You'd probably have to move the bridge and then depending on where you move it to, you'd have to move the bridge pickup as well.

that sounds sure enough for me to pass on trying.
& the neck I have is 4 bolts, but that body is meant for a 3 bolt. no def a no go.

where's the thread to the baritone builds?
