My new diy expression pedal for elementes, right place!

Post by VBD »

Just to sharing the idea... :poke: in the right place

I present the, DIY elements expression pedal. :)* Featuring ultra grip wheel and rubber ring in the jac, to reduce stress of vibration.

Maybe not the best ergonomic expressiom pedal, compared to the traditional. :idk: but fit on the pedalboard and rock :yay:

This is bloody brilliant, I love it!

Tell us more, how'd you make it? How'd you make that plastic box? What is the wheel? How is attached to the pot?

I think a foot roller idea is really clever and really ergonomic, nicely done V!

but the wholly roller box
is10 times the sizepf the wheel
its bigger than pharoah size
thats why i didnt get that juiced
its so damn big
at that size you can get a lil vol pedal
the wheels only a good idea to me
if it saves a bunch of space
and this right here....
dude you gotta go get a patent
$$$chachingus$$$
but tell us how you did it first

This a very homemade, to spend the less money possible, and I had nothing to do on the weekend ... :snax:

Thanks for the the input, I really like the scale wheel used in Boomerang® Wholly RollerTM :thumb:

the box:
Two parts, top and bottom cover and a piece for side, I used the gas stove for bend the acrilic-side.

support for potentiometer axis

I used a similar long-pot 47K

For the wheel...
The wheel I made with spray cap, the rubber removed from a Car wash machine

And extra cable, for external use of pedalboard.

a positive point: the box is pretty resistant, for foot use. :)
The down point:is the long way to get the clean, to max-dirty signal

This is also the down point of the Wholly Roller, it's great for fine tuning, but when it comes to going from one extreme setting to another it simply cannot beat a standard expression pedal.
