Mark Bass Mini III blowing fuses

Mark Bass Mini III blowing fuses
My band mates 2 year old Mark Bass Mini Mark III Head blows fuses as soon as it's powered on. It must be holding charge in one of the caps and releasing it as soon as it's turned on? Output Transistor? I checked the connections and it's getting power from the fuse all the way through the power switch, any other ideas as a culprit?

Interesting update, the fuse cover says "use only 250v" but the fuse AND the sare fuse that have never been changed or even looked at for that matter were both 8A 125v.... Could it be as simple as switching to a 8A 250v?
