First I've seen of these but I have several CIOKS DC10s and they're the best supplies I've ever tried/owned. Hard to go wrong with the CIOKS stuff.

That's cool. I like the idea. The concept of totally customizing your power supply is yet to be fully tapped into. TheGigRig have teetered on the edge of fully customizable PSUs, but they're still a lot more one can do. This is a neat idea.

I have to say those look pretty cool. Cioks rules, I've got an AC-10 for each of my two boards, and it's awesome. Each board has an AC pedal, two pretty high-current pedals (Mobius and DD-20), and my second board needs 24V for an old EHX BMS. The AC-10 can do all that shit with no problems. I'm a happy customer.
