Vintage Electro-Harmonix Big Muff Deluxe - compressor has no

Hello, I have a Vintage Electro-Harmonix Big Muff Deluxe and unfortunately the compressor has noise issues. when the threshold is maxed, it makes a weird noise when you stop playing ( not when you play ). does anybody have a clue of what the problem is ?
I have made a video demo of this pedal ( compressor noise at 1:30 ) :
