modular synths and electric pianos

modular synths are like a mystical mystery to me

would I be able to use an electric piano such as my hohner pianet to control a modular synth?

No sir... You need CV to control Modular Synths generally, there are some with MIDI and you can get MIDI to CV converters but usually they are CV...

My MC-202 in BST can control Modulars via CV so you can buy that and have the start of something...

Dude listen to some Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock, or George Duke for some inspiration... EP's sound great with Chorus (the only good use for one) Phasers, Wah's, Roto Sims and Dirt...

Yeah dude run it into some dirt and delay. I have a shitty Casio that sounds awesomesauce when I run it through my board.
