Can someone fix or help me fix my FY-2?

So I opened up my Shin-ei FY-2 to take pictures as I'm going to list it on eBay (like my Dirge FY-2 better) and found the soldering on the battery clip was pretty poor. Seems like an easy fix but I don't have any of the supplies. I don't have a lot of time for DIY stuff so buying a soldering iron and all the necessary supplies seems unnecessary. I was wondering if someone could just solder the battery clip up nice and tight. I'd pay for shipping and an reasonable repair price.

Or should I just take the plunge and start building/repairing my own stuff? If you think so where do I start as far as learning and what supplies to get?
