Very neat indeed, like a miraculous feat of engineering!
Here's a recent Rig Rundown with Ben Weinman of Dillinger Escape Plan discussing the Evertune he used on his new sig guitar. Shit's crazy!

Yeah! That's where I came across it. It's perfect for that dude. I also liked the isolation cab he had mic'ed for the live setup. Cool ideas.

Agreed, if it works for Ben in a live setting, rest assured it will work for anybody cuz that dude's a maniac onstage.
The isolation cab is a cool trick too. I've seen those guys so many times and never knew about it. Interesting to see bands using 4x12s as nothing more than stage monitors and a 1x12 going to the house for sound.

Stuper expensive.
Better than the robot guitar...
...and if it works, that's some brilliant design work...
...but holy shit, just move your arm 3 feet and tune your guitar.

Re: Evertune bridges
Yeah, for most people it's totally superfluous. But for guys like Ben Weinman who play really aggressively, especially while performing, or guys who strum super hard (and guys who have the extra dough to spend) it probably prevents a lot of aggravation from constantly having to retune your guitar.
