the Ramones get a big NO from me no matter what. I absolutely cannot enjoy them with even a fiber of my being.

So I say YES to Ramones with Lead Guitar!!!! but I will never listen to it.

Wow. I'm surprised to hear people dissing the Ramones.
Even the Sex Pistols were influenced and inspired by the Ramones. There would be no punk rock or its offspring without the Ramones.
We probably wouldn't be here discussing brash punk rockified fuzz pedals if it weren't for the Ramones.

IMO, dee dee ramone is a great songwriter and in the day, i never thought they were punk...more like fucked up pop. sorta like the bay city rollers on junk. now i see the punk part but at the time i didn't get it.

no thanks on the lead guitar though.
