Anything else like the Unpleasent Surprise?

Devi Noise Floor is close. though doesn't get the octavia on angel dust sound the Fairfield does.

I haven't come across anything in one pedal. Perhaps a Dwarfcraft device? Other than that combining a noise floor with another distortion might yield very similar results.

I randomly ordered The Unpleasant Surprise during the initial preorder and that thing fucking rules! Don't have anything else quite like it and I'm up to my eyeballs in fuzz pedals.

Lastgasp Art Laboratories stuff or the Mountainking Electronics Decomposer maybe?
Other than that I also wouldn't know.
Haven't played any of them yet but the Lastgasp stuff and the Unpleasant Surprise are arriving here in a few weeks if everything goes well.

Some of the sounds I liked in the Unpleasant Surprise reminded me of some of the sounds from the Fuzzhugger Lab Ratchet. Other settings sounded like Zvex Machine.

the only things i've heard that seem close are some of the Last Gasp stuff. but there are a couple of things the US does that i've never heard ANYWHERE else. i suspect that running it into my Truly Beautiful Disaster might be the best thing ever.
