Buy a guitar that has the features you like, fat as fuck neck and all, get a luthier to shave down the neck.

I don't know how light he wants it, but on the gibson site it says the avg weight is 5.13 lbs

HOw about the Ibanez ASR70? It looks like the AS73 but with P90's and block inlays, and I'm pretty sure it meets the rest of your criteria. I think this body style is a little smaller than your Casino...
I would also try to find some of the 60's Gibson tributes, the necks on those aren't too bad and some of the SGs are lightweight.

I think the PRS starla is only 5 3/4 pounds and has a P-90.

No p-90's but it fits your other criteria, I have a couple DBZ's and they are super lightweight. And i want someone to get one of these and write a review. I think they look really cool.

The necks on these are generally wide and flat. Not for everyone.

Find a SG classic. They are light, have p90s and a slim neck. At least the older ones (early 2000s) does. Dont know much about the new version.
