HOw about the Ibanez ASR70? It looks like the AS73 but with P90's and block inlays, and I'm pretty sure it meets the rest of your criteria. I think this body style is a little smaller than your Casino...
I would also try to find some of the 60's Gibson tributes, the necks on those aren't too bad and some of the SGs are lightweight.

I think the PRS starla is only 5 3/4 pounds and has a P-90.

No p-90's but it fits your other criteria, I have a couple DBZ's and they are super lightweight. And i want someone to get one of these and write a review. I think they look really cool.

Find a SG classic. They are light, have p90s and a slim neck. At least the older ones (early 2000s) does. Dont know much about the new version.
