Chord clarity with fuzz. Low-gain fuzz? Clear sounding Muff?

Currently using a Hoof or BYOC Mouse. I like how the Hoof is voiced and how it fattens up single coils (Jag/Mustang). Mouse also fattens up with the gain past noon, but I need more chord clarity. To be fair to the Hoof, most muff-types aren't exactly known for clarity, and as much as I love Rats, I've always ended up in a never ending battle with the filter knob.

The Pharaoh was close, but still wasn't quite bright enough, and I preferred the Hoof overall.

So yeah, I need something FAT yet CLEAR for some Wipers/Husker Du-esque chording with single coils.

And it's gotta be FUZZ. No mild ODs or Marshalls-in-boxes.

Team Awesome Fuzz Machine.

Not just cuz of the clean blend, it just handles chords pretty well in my opinion (but a tad of clean doesn't hurt). Not really a muff, but thick for sure.

Way Huge Swollen Pickle has more clarity than you'd expect once you fuck around with the trimpots inside.

Cool! Seems like Algal Bloom, Fuck and TAMF getting all the votes.

Elements seems like an obvious choice too, but I borrowed one once and it's voicing too neutral for me. Almost like a Timmy of fuzz, but more twaekable.
