Or grab new pickguard as it should be routed to fit HB/P90s. Plenty of great HBs with 4 conductor wiring, set it up with coil tap or phase switching. All good.
I think even a stacked humbucker wouldn't fit a jaguar. A normal strat pickup doesn't even fit because the bit where the wires on a normal single coil are connected sticks out too much (the pickup rout is very narrow on a normal jaguar). At least that's what I found when working on a mate's CIJ jag (and it's the same for mine, which is a CIJ too).
So if you want humbuckers, I'd go for routing for a normal humbucker size and getting a new pickguard.
I've got a Seymour Duncan JB Jr in mine, it fits fine, although Obulus is right about the strat wire thing, the JB Jr doesn't have that sticky-out bit. Sounds pretty good too, and I imagine that if this fits then all the other SD single coil sized HBs will as well.

Interesting. I've seen all those duncan things, and they looked like they might fit, but theyre only listed in the strat section so i figured there might be some hitch.
