Audible Disease Effects and Synths response

Post by audibledisease »

My name is Geordan White, I run a little company called AUDIBLE DISEASE ...I was clicking our name in GOOGLE the other day...when I ran across a disturbing post about our gear and us !!.. I believe the issue was that someone wanted some customer service from us ...and apparently did not get a response ... I want to put the word out there that WE STAND BEHIND EVERY PIECE OF GEAR WE MAKE !! AND WE APOLOGIZE FOR NOT RESPONDING IN TIME...I do not know what the exact issue was with this particular pedal...I think it was a CONVUSION pedal that was not working. I would like to post this here so this does not happen again in the future ...YOU CAN CONTACT ME DIRECTLY AT ... white66@surewest.net (my personal e mail)... AND I >>>WILL REPLY TO YOU<<< If you have an issue with our gear ...and it has not been modified or bent or whatever. I WILL FIX IT OR REPLACE IT FOR >>FREE<< . I don,t know if this issue was taken care of .. I hope I can take care of this... But I take it personal when someone blasts FUCK ME and MY FAMILY and MY BUSINESS all over the internet along with a picture of my Facebook page .... I'm reaching out >>> now <<< to whomever has issues with our gear...let's get it repaired or replaced, get a hold of me and give me a chance to address any issues you may have before you post offensive stuff about me personally or our company... I do not want unhappy customers and I love doing what I do...so I post about it sometimes..I LOVE TO SOLDER !!! AND MAKE GEAR !! it is my passion in life ...I hope to hear from you soon...REALLY thanks Geordan White CEO Audible Disease :

Hi Geordan glad you made it to ILF... You will find we are usually a bunch of harmless gear nuts that just like talking about effects and pets and food and movies... The person that had an issue awhile back is no longer on this board (banned) and just was the type who liked to stir up shit... I've owned several of your pedals and never had a problem with any of them, my joystick synth thing is one of my favorite noise makers, and your feedback loops are awesome... Please don't think that there are people on this forum thrashing Audible Disease, hopefully that was a one time occurrence... If you care to stick around and chat about effects and pedals and all things noisy we would really appreciate it... Sorry that you had to find ILF in that manner but we're glad you're here now... If you want to reach out to any of the mods I'm sure they would like to talk to you too...

EFFECTS LOVE!!! :!!!:

OH wow !! what a great reply man...I really appeciate it...Yeah normally I wouldn't let it bother me...But the guy posted my face book page on there...so when youGoogle Audible Disease ...this big picture comes up of my page and it says FUCK AUDIBLE DISEASE ....WTF anyway... But hey bygones are bygones I guess , and It's good to hear he isn't here any more. I am glad you like your gear ...do you have an IN-2 or IN-3 ??? (joystick synth) oh and what is a "mod" ..I'm sorry I'm new at this forum thing...believe it or not.. I LOVE TALKING ABOUT EFFECTS and I am ALWAYS wanting to learn something new... BUILDING IS MY PASSION .... I am really thinking about coming out with a really wierd REVERB pedal with some crazy INSANE CAVORNOUS ability that has a wierd twist to it... We are in the design phase of a few different projects... Thank you so much for the warm welcome bro....best ... Geordan

I stand corrected... It doesn't really matter, he could've handled it differently...
