They've used a similar shaped guard on other thinline models before. It's nothing really new.

Sexy. My eyes actually lit up. Mmmmm. Also…like the J5 tele look sans middle bucker.

Wanna see the white and gold.

I've never been a huge fan of the thinline pickguard to begin with, to be fair. But I was referring especially to the chrome/mirror aspect rather than the shape.

Ah, that. Yeah, I'm not really a fan at all for that look on that guitar.

Swanky was a good word to describe it, esp for a Fender, like an elegant gentleman's guitar. Wear a suit with that sexy thing or John 5 makeup I guess. Is that pickguard chrome/polished or brushed? Brushed would be only way to go. And TV Jones, are they? Described as Fender "Fedelitron" HBs? If it's MIM, gotta be some Fender branded knockoff right?

Either way, one classy sonofabitch tho I'd prefer that basic idea with a touch less class honestly. Bound everything and block inlays and chrome guards aren't what I'm looking for in a Tele, ever. Bet they sell a shitload of 'em. Comes in white too....
