Battery power transmitting silence instead of dirt

Got a dirt transmitter a couple months ago and it is awesome. Very versatile. Selling all my other fuzzes. Last time I went to use it though, the battery seemed to be dead, so I tried a couple others I knew to be charged with the same results. Power jack still works and battery worked fine up till this point. Ideas?

One of the battery snap leads is loose?

Yeah, checked that. There is 9v across where the battery leads are soldered to the circuit board with the battery connected. The disconnect seems to be further down the line. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else, and if it's a quick fix or if I'll need to send it to EQ to be repaired.
