Who are the hot new PCB designers?
I haven't built anything in almost 2 years. I remember Madbean. Who else sells quality boards?

I love the smell of solder in the morning.
Successful dealings with: blooghost, starcastic, bronzetalon, theavondon, absent, jero, sevenSHARPnine, magiclawnchair, oldangelmidnight, and others that I can't remember lol

Madbean is still good, he's got a lot of cool shit out now and some good stuff coming out in the future. musicpcb, Taylor of Iron Ether, has great ones, too. I wish he had more time to put out more shit. I did the Gristliezer, Christine, and echobase. Great boards. Just ordered a multiplex delay from 1776 effects that seems really cool. Can't think of others at the mOment..

Re: Who are the hot new PCB designers?
I built a couple Tap Tempo Tremolos from musicpcb. I still have one more board to finish up and give a home. That's a fun circuit to build and play with.
I like Madbean's boards, even if they are a little tight... they look like little cities by the time I'm done with all the resistors going vertical. I've built each version of Madbean's Sunking and right now I've got a Pork Barrel v.2 (the one with all the mods!) almost done. It's crazy how many boards I have populated and haven't put in enclosures, yet I want more.
I'll have to check out 1776...

musicpcb and madbean are the only two I really use. Really like how Taylor has all the component values on the board.

Culturejam does some great projects and boards, mostly discussed at the BYOC forum. He stopped running his webstore, but it's worth keeping an eye for when he's got a project developing or peaking at his B/S/T posts over there.
