Anyone built a 3 knob TB w/SI transistors?
What trannys did you use, and how'd it sound?

Re: Silicon Tonebenders anyone...?
Search for Mictester's Silicon Tonebender.
Built some and they all sound great. It uses four BC109cs if I remember correctly. Alternatively check out Gus Smalley's "Hot Silicon" circuit, you msight like that one as well (2N5089)
Cheers
Chris

you are welcome ;-)
check the thread over at fsb.org. there are some improvements/ideas you could play around if you are into it.

Skreddy's Lunar Module is not far off a silicon tonebender, and sounds great.

I think GuitarPCB even does an etched "hot silicon" board; just look for Hot Chilicon on their site. If you do your own etching then ignore me!
Also, check out the following--I don't know if he's already given all of these away yet, but it could be worth checking out!
