Post by sp3k »

I finished mine, it works, but it hads lots of noise to the sound when the pedal is off. The noise changes while i turn the fuzz pot. Any ideas of what i did wrong?

are you really sure?? the pics are not well defined but it looks to me that the pots solder pads are left to right 1-2-3 and they are soldered backwards to the pots.....:idk:

I missed out on one of these! Sucks! I wish I could just buy the pcb, but totally understand why I can't. haha. I'm just a cheap ass.

on the instructions, the pots are 123 left to right but it means that the shaft is up.....when they are installed to the enclosure, the shaft is down and the lugs are 321 left to right....so you must keep it in mind when you solder.

hmm, i'm not sure you're right, because the volume pot works like it is suppose to, and if it was backwards the volume pot should work backwards. But i'll try that, i might be wrong!

ok, so i got a new board and parts, and the switches still aren't working :/

The lower switch only works to make noise when the starve is engaged, i think that's what it's the suppose to do.

The upper switch doesn't make a difference.

I wired the plus leg of the led to the square on the board, and minues side to the circle (like the condensers). But according too this schematic it my be the other way around !!! :(

Any help ppl?
