Any input for this track? some post hardcore or whatever

just starting out this new proyect, some kind of nu metal/hardcore, but with my gearhead approach to it :omg:

i´ve played a long time in hardcore punk bands but never got really into the more heavy stuffs, so i'm not pretty sure if this gives that vibe.
this is a rehearsal we recorded of one of our first songs, excuse me for the lame solo and all of us for the screw ups.
just 2 guitars and drums.
Let me know what you think of it and if it gives you that post hc nu metal kinda style, i'm scared of sounding too poppy or mellow. :cool:
