Want to buy a glitch computer

Hey I just got a glitch computer from moogaudio site and it seems to be defective because when It's suppose to have a computer 8 bit sound when you turn the blend knob but it actually controls the volume. As does the volume knob so basically there are 2 volume knobs on the pedal and a tracking knob which changes the fuzz a little bit. But if i stop on the switch a few times it will kick it but it still seems like its super distorted so I think I would rather just buy one from the maker himself, how much would it cost to have you build me one?
