Good ambient stuff... I've been digging this one band called All Sides recently, DAMN near impossible to find unless you've got some schweet channels of music acquisition. Let me know if you need help finding it. Also, the obvious one is Brian Eno... but he's got lots of music so if you haven't made your way through that yet then I suggest you do. My personal favorite ambient band, though, is a duo called Stars of the Lid. Absolutely mind blowing. Particularly their "The Tired Sounds Of Stars of the Lid" record, that's 2 hrs 45 min of pure ambient bliss.

ahh, avec laudenum is fantastic. as is music for nitrous oxide. in fact, i'm just going to go out of my way to say that i've yet to hear a bad stars of the lid tune.
