Blasphemy?
Sooo, what are some good pickups for acoustic guitar? I'm not really concerned about the amplified sound retaining "organic, acoustic properties" blah blah shit. I just want a passive pup that is fairly loud (and not too expensive if possible).

Dean Markley or LR Baggs magnetic soundhole pickups or some cheap electric pickup wired up to a jack and duct taped to your guitar.

Duct tape an old Silvertone gold foil in there -- sounds great.
I have nice old Kent soundhole pickup in my beater acoustic.
Sounds like dirt but in a good way.
