Re: More fuzz from Malekko?
Reissues of Studio Electronics pedals, Kayzer made a thread about the Wolftone Chaos a few months ago. Seems real sick, I am definitely curious about these.
Good deals on ILF: too many to list, just ask!

I wish they release the DOWN pedal.
I sent 3 emails to Malekko to know more about it...
They never care to reply.

Okay so I had an interesting interaction with Malekko today...
Right after they updated with photos, I commented: So, is that 919 ever gonna come out?
They deleted the comment.
I commented: I'll take that as a no...
They deleted THAT comment.
Then I got this in a PM:
To which I replied:

Only talking...so basically never.

If you feel like asking me a question, feel free to ask, but this post is not about a 919...it's about two pedals i've been working on for several months
To which I replied:
Well it's been a few months since the 919 was actually shown at NAMM and quite frankly it's long overdue. I like that you guys are expanding your lineup and offering more pedals but I think everyone would love for this pedal to come out already. Is there a planned release any time soon?
To which they replied:
I will be talking about the 919 in January...trust me, nobody wants that pedal to be released more than i do...but i didnt want to release it until it was perfect.

Yeah, really. The last thing you want is a pedal builder to release a pedal before it's ready. There are a few pedals that I've bought that I wish the builders would've kept in R&D a little bit longer. Maybe, next time Josh'll wait until a pedal's a bit closer to being finished before making any announcements.

Re: More fuzz from Malekko?
but on a serious note, I respect that he's not releasing it until it's ready BUT don't unveil it at something huge like NAMM if it's nowhere close. i wouldn't be nearly as annoyed if he said "yeah we're working on it and it's not ready", but instead we get "LOOK HOW AWESOME OUR NEW SHIT IS AND THE 919 IS FINALLY HERE" and then not even be close to releasing it.

Re: More fuzz from Malekko?
I've never heard anything but good things about Malekko fuzzes, them releasing more awesome fuzzes is certainly not a bad thing. They're an easy bridge from big boxy pedal makers to smaller, more awesome fuzz makers, so I'm kind of excited to see how their product line turns out.

Yeah, I read awhile back on TGP that Josh planned on dropping 919 news at NAMM, hopefully good. You did hear the designer's father passed away which put a pretty big kink in their plans? Sucks but there are things far more important than delay pedals and I think that dude has been busy dealing with things like that...
