awesome gig this past weekend

I've been playing with a jamband for a couple of months now. This past weekend we played an outdoor festival. Did a set on friday night and a 2nd one on sat afternoon. It went a hell of a lot better than I expected.

I'm still new to the music scene in the area (moved up here almost 2 yrs ago) so it was great to meet a bunch of similar bands. Got asked to sit in a couple of times and played in the all star jam from 1-5am on sat morning. Got a couple of interesting looks when I kicked on the SM :rock:

Highlight of the weekend for me was a trio of 12/13 yr olds that did a set of Sabbath covers. Got up with them and sang Paranoid and Iron man.
