There's a skit on SNL from ~2007 where they use the name Dr. Scientist also.. I'm gonna sue both outfits and then make them let me be on the shows.

Kev, I've never done anything except in August of 2005 I registered the business name with the Canadian government. I always stick a little TM and R and C on my pcbs but it's all unofficial.. except I think for some trademarking/copywriting it counts if it's your business and you're using it, that's some form of protection in itself I think. I don't really know anything about that stuff... you're right, I should do it.
