I have had my Elements for about a month now and can't get over the thing......Is there such a thing as too much goodness in a single pedal? The versatility in this pedal is amazing! It just seems to have this perfect clarity, low end, and natural feel that are missing from 99.5% of pedals out there. Not to mention the different tones from fat boost to overdrive to RAWK! I haven't been this happy about a pedal in a long time!

So, for those of you who have had the pleasure of playing it for a while, have you settled on one primary setting? Or, are you like me and switch between different settings all the time. Ryan, this may be a candidate for a two in one pedal........Let's see....two elements combined = THE COMPOUND! Woohoo!

The Compound, haha, that's great! There's a thread in here with people's favourite settings, I've got my 3 fave settings in there too. I always go to the same settings when I'm testing and playing with them, always on the high gain side.. always power chords and palm mutes.

I'm starting a metal band so I can rationalize the purchase of one. Not to say that's all the elements does, but that's all it wants me to do :rock:

Interesting!......The High Gain ROCKS for sure. But for me it was the few lower gain clips I heard in the Jet City demo that sold me. There is some killer FAT yet defined, chewy, harmonic goodness in the lower gain settings as well that I'm in love with and that stacks great with other pedals! It's just so freak'n VERSATILE!!!!

If you let me join the band I'll bring Elements pedals with me...

It's all the pedal wants me to do too, just kick butt with it!

I have had one for a minute now and figured out Low Gain is where its at on this pedal. The clarity is really what sells it once you figure out how to properly how to use the low cut. A Rat has been my go to pedal for 10 years now and this might knock it off my board as my main distortion. Im in a Post-Rock Hardcore band (Like City of Caterpillars, Portraits of Past) and this has been at the end of my chain to boost my reverbs into a buzzsaw like attack.

Yeah man, I think people that listen to all the high gain clips of this pedal might miss out on it's true versatility. It can really dial in a great fat clean / overdrive tone which is very transparent and works great for rhythms. Having a mid-bumped solo boost obviously has it's place. However, I have yet to play anything else out there that excels in so many areas from clean boost, to overdrive, to "blow the doors off" distortion. But hey, Ryan is the DR. SCIENTIST!!!! [insert ominous pipe organ and lightning strike sound track]

The thing that takes me about this pedal is that it can sound different every time you turn dial. I have yet to not find a setting that does not sound good.
