Dr. Scientist Art Gallery???

Post by magnus02 »

Hello ILF folks...

As with most folks here I'm a huge Dr. junky and love the red sparkle finish on my RRR and I'm anxiously awaiting getting a new cosmichorus or maybe a ultimate tremelessence. Problem is, when I read about what finishes are in the pipeline, I don't know what they all are.

Can we build up a 'gallery thread' that has all the different finishes and their 'proper' names??? Not sure the easiest way to do this but that'd be awesome!!!

I'll start with mine later tonight and put it in this original post...

Ideas? Contributions?

Bring it on!!!

Howsabout....THIS! (http://www.flickr.com/photos/drscientist) I don't know how to do links here, there's no link clicky!

We've been storing our finishes on Flickr since the beginning, it's our virtual art gallery.

That's awesome Ryan! Totally didn't think that those pictures had to be linked from somewhere.

Also, I forgot about that little girl. She could muscle out Laura Bennett.

Dude, don't worry. Ryan actually has a time machine, so when he saw this thread he just went back a couple years and put those pictures up.

these pedals are all art
and documenting art is a really important factor that I'm glad they don't neglect.

I don't see my Cleanness anywhere! No worries. I have a picture of an old board with my 3 favorite finishes.

If I ever see a Cleanness with this finish for sale I'll probably have to buy it.

Woops, sorry about that, Blake! I've got a nice high res photo of it and I'll get it in that folder! I miss pics sometimes... check out this cool Dalek finish, it ain't in there either for some reason...

That's cool you got a big-box off-the-air, Eric! We did 25 of the small box version, probably a dozen of the big box ones.
