one-off guitar tech help for upcoming tour?

Post by smallsnd/bigsnd »

my band, cymbalseatguitars, is going on tour this september-october and are in need of someone(s) to do some very light guitar tech stuff in each city. joe (guitar/vocals) breaks strings pretty often and he can change them quickly, but it's just a huge downer for the pacing of the show... what we're looking for is just someone to chill on the side of the stage next to the guitar rack, help tune and if necessary change a string. pretty basic stuff to 99.9% of the people on here...

as far as guitars go - he's got 3 jazzmasters and each one is set up for a different tuning. he may get another cheap one to keep in standard tuning as a backup (that's the one he seems to break strings on the most) but he's not totally sure yet. as with most bands, money is tight! so you get to come to the show for free +1. (we'll most likely give up a cd as well) so if you're interested, or know anyone interested - pass on the info!

please no PMs - simply email me at brian@smallsoundbigsound.com with the subject line - guitar tech (insert whatever city/state you can help at)

if you haven't heard the music and want to check us out, here's the opening track of our new record.

Man this is great, I'd love to come tour with you guys, maybe if you come to the UK.
Reminds me of a happier Yourcodenameis:milo, especially the vocals, they are scarily similar to some tracks.
