Have had this guy for awhile and have no idea how to date it. I can't find any kind of serial number.

There's most likely a date on the pot -- can you see a number on it? Format should be something like MMMYYWW where MMM = manufacturer code YY = year WW = week That will give you an idea at least when the pot was made. From the look of the rest of the components, I'd say early 70sish? I have a Fender wah/tone like yours, but I can't access the pots to read the codes w/o pulling it apart.
