For those who grew up in the 80s, the new Tremolessence...

Post by Ryan »

My camera just can't get a proper picture of these boxes, the neon green is deep and rich and almost looks like it's glowing... it's a right proper neon green and my favourite new finish!

Heading out this week to Prymaxe Vintage, Tone Factor, Humbucker Music, and a couple to Jet City Music.

Ryan, that is my FAVORITE COLOR EVER. Excellent job. Your work is top notch in every sense of the word.

You're right, it is more like the neon you made.. my pics make it look thin but it's not, it's bold.

Here's a pic Sam edited a bit to be more vibrant like it looks in real life...

Now gents, there's gonna be a lot of blems in this finish. These shipped in two boxes and one of the boxes has a ton of banged up blemmies in it. There's about 25 that have dings to the metal on the top or bottom edges, maybe from not being packed tightly enough, I'm not sure. It's a small area on all of them but it's unacceptable for stores, so in the next week or two or so I'll be doing a big blem sale. ($215 including shipping, save 50 bucks)

Uhhhh...I think I may be selling my current trem for this. Too much awesome to not indulge! I didn't grow up in the 80s, but that finish definitely reminds me of some Nickelodeon Gak from the 90s. TOO....MUCH....AWESOME... :!!!:

That looks amazing! Just wondering, where will you be selling the blemished stock? Through your website? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

Thanks guys!

Charles, the blems are sold through me pretty informally.. I'll say there's some ready, you guys email me, and Bob's your uncle. It's just that easy! *smile*

Right now I don't have any whipped up, I just noticed that there's going to be several. Maybe next week or the week after I'll build up a dozen of them and then post in here that they're available.

PS - Welcome to the forum and feel free to ask anything you want!

It is too much awesome. I had set out to not buy anything until a certain amount in savings was reached. Most of the days at work have been spent thinking of a justification to get one of these before that happens. Ryan offering up blemmies doesn't help this, at all. I'd say have mercy on my savings account, but you're offering a fair discount, so you do, in a way, have some mercy.
