Don't worry Stan, Brian from ss/bs already broke me in. It felt good. Real good.

Thanks man :)

Thanks sylnau. I checked that thread first thing when I plugged her in! Great settings.

I have a bit more learning to do before I start posting settings though. So far pretty much everything has sounded cool. I even found a pretty badass flanger-y sound that surprised me.

Woah. My drummer hit me up to jam yesterday and I couldn't resist taking the Cosmichorus for a spin.

I used it set like this
Image
(sorry for the crappy picture it was dark)
it sounded AMAZING. I usually hate flangers because they're so over the top but this was like the perfect subtle flanger sound. You could barely tell it was there, but it sounded SO rad.

I'm pretty blown away. It was like the kindof sound that makes me make funny faces while I'm playing.

Very nice, I love that finish too! That's a real nice setting you have there, Ociffer, glad to hear you're enjoying it! Sitting beside the Empress EQ, I like that too, buddy.

Haha thanks. The finish is sweet! I dig your guys' style with the vinyl or whatever it is. It looks awesome and it seems more durable than paint. The colors are so much brighter in person.

Ahh yes the ParaEq. Pretty nifty. Much love for the Canadian builders :)

We are lucky in Canada to have builder like Dr. Scientist, Empress and Fairfield Circuitry.

They are located in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada.
According to their website, Randy's Revenge should be back in production this year.

And I think Blackout Effectors was born in Canada too (they are now in the US).

That's right, Syl, Kyle started out in Vancouver with Blackout. There's also Scott with Montreal Assembly and Etienne with Sonic Crayon and Mark(?) with Retro-Sonic.

Canada... come for the snow and maple syrup, stay for the guitar pedals.

Those are a lot of the coolest builders I can think of. Dang Canadas got it going on.

I want some of that poutine stuff.. And a hollow earth, and a blunderbuss, and a randy's revenge, and a super delay, and a wrong side of uranus, and a.. You get the picture.

I'm a pretty big fan of Broken Social Scene and probably a few other Canadian bands that I didn't know are Canadian. I'm also a big fan of weed. Isn't weed legal there?

Sheez. Maybe I should just move to Canada, eh?

Awesome finish on the CC, neon and sparkles, BLINGIN'!!

In regards to that weed question, I don't think it's legal :idk: but it's amazing! We went to Vancouver a few years back and I expected "little Amsterdam", never found it though. Maybe I wasn't in the right part of town...
