My rack reverb unit came in the mail today. Didn't get a lot of time to play around with it but did get to explore all its features. Overall i'm very pleased with this for my first reverb. crappy cell phone pic
I was overwhelmed a bit at first because of all the different settings programmed in, i didn't know what id be able to use in my playing and what i couldnt. After a while though i found several presets which after tweaking gave me the sound i was after. It was simple to change the settings on each effects with just a few buttons, and it gives you quite a bit control over each effect. I'm hoping to get a midi control pedal in the future to be able to cycle through my favorite presets easier and bypass the unit. I don't notice a lot of noise coming through my signal unless my amps gain is cranked, then theres quite a bit. I didn't find any settings that i like with a lot of gain anyway so its not an issue. Also i can use the delay with a tap tempo pedal, which is great since i don't have a delay yet on my board. All in all im really satisfied for my first reverb, its very flexible and didn't break the bank. If i can get my m-audio fast track working, ill try post some demos
Congratz! I've been GASing for one of these, too (or an MVIII or Yammie SX or something else in the out-of-fashion rack reverb price zone)--seems like an awful lot of reverb win for today's used shekel. Would love to hear more as you get to know it. Can I ask how much you paid?

Nice, I'd like to get a rack reverb sometime too. How are you using it in your chain, just running the guitar through it like a normal pedal or what? Effects loop?

i dont have an effects loop, using a tiny terror. My chain at the moment is just guitar into midiverb and then my amp. Nothing else in the chain and i paid $101 with shipping. basically half price for a new one
Looks really cool, I've thought about getting one before, my friend has a nanoverb that sounds pretty nice but doesn't have much control over settings so I want to try one of these.
I bought one a while back with live use for my old band in mind. It buzzed like a motherfucker when I put it into my effects chain though so I've forgotten about it till now. Might dig it out in a while.
