I have a few Coopersonic pedals and I dig them very much. The TubeCleaner is great for boosting or drive a distortion pedal. I currently have a Coopersonic VavleSlapper and Coopersonic TubeCleaner on my board. See attached picture. It's a small line-up but work perfect for my sound. The Tubecleaner gives a 20db boost and gets some cool overdrive tones about 12 o'clock on the knob. It actually is tube driven with a small nano tube inside that keeps the tone sweet. I bought the Valveslapper first and was so happy with it I decide to pick up the TubeCleaner next, couldn't be happy with the quality and tone. All hand built in the UK by two guys a true boutique pedal.

You can see a video demonstration here:

I picked both of mine up from this on-line seller and would recommend them. Quick turn around and the price was best on-line that I found in the USA.

I've got a Coopersonic Twin Overdrive (earlier version of the valveslapper that I have two Mullard 12AT7's in. Will do boost, overdrive (gets Marshally), and is fuzzy at high gain....a bit muffish I think. It has good eq, lots of output, very amp-like. I like it a great deal. Below is a photo of one though this one is not mine. Mine does not have a 5th knob on the side, though otherwise it looks fundamentally the same. I like the aesthetics of this version better than the newer valveslapper.

I think it is a great pedal.
