Help identifying a guitar???

Post by Shaun of the Dead »

Near 20 yrs ago I had this 'lawsuit era' Les Paul knock-off that was *AMAZING*
It had built in FX(dist./fuzz/and delay -if i remember right?!)
This guitar was purrrrdy and sonic as fuck!

Problem is:
It was stolen in a break-in at my folks house back in '93
:cry:
(*it was also coencidentally on 'Senior Skip Day' = I have a suspicion who did it STILL....if i ever find proof...it's ON! :rock: )

But anyways,
Being that I am working for a pedal company i want to get back into playing....I would LOVE to death being able to track another one of these down...the combination of the tube-screamer i had w/ my Fender Twin was godly!

Any help directing me to a pic/info/link-to-buy one of these guitars again would be gracious...
At one time someone told me 'KAY' was the manufacturer....???
-I dunno

=ThankS!=

the only brand I can think of would be the Electra mpc series. they had plugginable effects modules. perhaps that?

I'm pretty sure you're talking about this

A Kay guitar it is. My friend had one, if you put the fuzz switch half way between on and off, it did some fucked up synth sounds, it was amazing!

There are 2 on eBay here:
