Portable composition/recording rig I am putting together.

The portable rig I am putting together is:

Yamaha QY70

Roland SP-404sx

Tascam DP-008

Shure SM-57

Headphones - I've got some Beyerdynamic phones that cost $55.

Everything will run on batteries and has a small footprint. Nothing wildly expensive.

More focused on composition/demos than super high quality recording, though.

I'd like to see what other portable set-ups people are using or contemplating.

I can come up with a pretty great variety of sounds with the Qy70....use them directly...or sample and process on the sp.....8 tracks to play with....and I can record guitars and vocals too.
