"New Paths To Helicon" and "Take Me Somewhere Nice" are my personal favourites
and i think that Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will is one of the best albums they've done
but that's 0.02... i enjoy a wide variety of post-rock bands and Mogwai absolutely hit the spot with this one to me

I'm only really curious about the bonus soundtrack CD, I came to the conclusion I find them incredibly dull when they're trying to rock out or whatever and amazingly interesting when they're doing soundtrack work like Zidane...... like Sonic Youth, I only really care about those SYR records and everything else is kind of "whatever" you know...... but I guess Sonic Youth are still pretty awesome........ I hate when that guy sings on Mogwai records......... anyway I kind of don't care about this and the title of this record is fucking stupid.........

I still need to check this album out. I have CODY, Happy Songs, and The Hawk is Howling with the latter being my a favorite of the three. You think I would dig this album?

I've heard the actual album is only so-so, but after listening to the bonus CD, I've got to say that the bonus is totally worth it.
Do you like listening to homemade music? Me too. Why don't you try
one of mine ?

It may be my favorite album title of all time.

Happy Songs has always been my favorite album. I wasn't huge on Hawk is Howling. I'll give it a shot.

Just picked it up today. Though I can't say it's my favorite Mogwai album, it's definitely going to be in heavy rotation for awhile.
