I will start. Here are a couple of mine. Fuzz with both guitar and bass.

1. Frank Zappa - Apostrophe (Listen to that bass fuzz on Apostrophe!!!!!!)
2. Frank Zappa - Overnight Sensation
3. Dinosaur Jr. - Self titled. Holy shi&!

I love me some Pink Floyd too. Especially for that smooth, sustain-for-days fuzz.

Also:
For destroy your face/bitcrushing, gated fuzz: Nine Inch Nails - The Slip / Year Zero
For wall of fuzz: Smashing Pumpkins - Siamese Dreams
For poppy riffage w/a Fuzz Factory: Muse - Black Holes and Revelation / for fuzzy bass: Absolution

I know I'm missing plenty. Those are the ones off of the top of my head.

Boris - ...take your pick. I'll just throw Feedbacker out there as my favorite. I guess. Don't really have a favorite.
The live version of Feedbacker with Merzbow is also fantastic.
I'm also super into Samsara Blues Experiment's LP "Long Distance Trip".

One of my all time favorite fuzz moments is the lead guitar in Zwan's "Mary Star of the Sea." I never get tired of those solos.
