Trying to figure out who this band is...

I was wondering if anybody here could help me figure this out. I saw a band play on 'Later...with Jools Holland' a couple years ago, but I missed what their name was, and I haven't been able to find out who they are, or any of the other songs they did. What I remember about the band was that they were a rock band that included alot of electronic elements (synths, as well as little oscillating bleeps and bloops as background/ambience) and their vocalist seemed to be using a whammy pedal on his vocals at various points in the song.
If it's any help, the vocalist looked kinda like a skinnier version of Robert Smith...Any ideas about who this might be?

This was my first thought as well, but I wouldn't categorize Tyondai as Robert Smith-esque.

You even found the footage that I saw on Jools Holland's show... Ok..so it's a band called Battles, and the song is called Atlas.

Ok, now that I see the video again, I guess Tyondai doesn't look so "rober smith"-y after all..I guess the big frizzed-out hair stuck in my mind and made me think "robert smith", even though the actual dude doesn't look much like him....sorry for the misleading comments...
