2 DPDTs as shown (you can use a 3pdt for an LED if you desire, but this is just quicker to type out:
a 14 b 14
25 25
36 36

choose which circuit you want to go first. if you want to be able to select which one goes first, things get a bit more complicated...
i'll just go with effect A first, which goes to DPDT a, etc.
so with this you have 3 options: effect A, effect B, or A>B
you can also add a third DPDT as a master bypass so you can turn on both at once, but if you don't need that then don't worry about it.

dpdt a:
1. to effect A input
2. to input jack
3. to lug 6
4. to effect A output
5. to DPDT b lug 2
6. to lug 3

dpdt b:
1. to effect B input
2. to DPDT a lug 5
3. to lug 6
4. to effect B output
5. to output jack
6. to lug 3

yeah that's right! the only thing is that last switch on the 3pdt.
looking at the switch like the others
1
2
3

1. to cathode of LED
2. to ground
3. not connected
