So I am actually in both metalcore and stoner metal projects, so I need a versatile wah to cover a lot of ground. I looked at the Morley George Lynch Dragon 2 wah, and it looks like one hell of a wah. Two voicings, and a fixed wah setting all in one huge enclosure, and I love me some huge enclosures. Before this I was considering a CAE MC404 Wah, but from the videos I've watched of the Morley wah it looks like it plays with heavy distortion a lot better. And plus Matt Tuck uses a Morley wah, so it looks like they're pretty good in the metal genre. I know that's a pretty big generalization, but hey it's helping me lean towards this wah
So my first question is, if you've tried/owned this wah or the CAE one, how do you like it? Which one sounds better/cuts through better with both distortion and fuzz?
And my second question is, how is the buffer in this wah? From what I've heard/read, the buffer sounds pretty great but I'm just wondering how it plays with fuzzes like Devis.
Thanks for your help in advance, to me it seems that the wah pedal is the trickiest pedal to find your key tone to
